Nine days to go in the U.S. elections. Late Saturday night in British Columbia yesterday. Saskatchewan
tomorrow. Tons going on, but then I suddenly thought: "What the hell will I do in
November?"
About British Columbia last night: the model did fairly well, calling the correct winner in 78 of 87 districts, but there were also some misses which will be worth looking at soon. However, it would not be reasonable to go deep into a post-mortem analysis since close to half a million votes will only counted in 12 days or so. Some seats could still flip, and the province-wide popular will for sure change - most likely in favour of the NDP. So I will wait to update the 338 Record So Far page.

Answer: Rest for a potential winter/spring federal election...?
And don't tell me that the federal liberals are watching this and *not* considering going sooner than later.

If the polls still look good, they'll go. https://t.co/GFRPqBuURU

The B.C. polls did generally well, but again I will also wait until all the votes
are counted to update the
338 Canadian Pollster Rating page.
